Guides Tissue Regeneration Membrane

Guides Tissue Regeneration Membrane

It is a bioresorbable regenerative membrane designed as an adjunctive dental membrane product to assist in periodontal regeneration procedures for periodontal defects. By acting as a physical barrier, it prevents the ingrowth of gingival tissue into the alveolar bone, thereby creating a space conducive for bone regeneration and proper healing of the alveolar bone area.

The membrane undergoes hydrolysis within the human body and is ultimately resorbed and degraded, being metabolized into carbon dioxide and water. This product can be used in conjunction with medications (e.g., antibiotics, anti-inflammatory and analgesic agents).
